Sending funds through money remittance centers (cash pick up)

It’s also possible to send funds to anyone who doesn’t have a bank account. They can instead pick up their funds at any of BDO’s affiliated remittance centers.Here’s how you can send the funds through this channel:

  2. Click “Send Money”; you can find the option at the bottom for the mobile app and on the left-hand side of your dashboard for the online banking account.
  3. Next, select “Send Money to Any BDO Branch/Partner”.
  4. Fill out the necessary fields such as the name and address of the account holder among the most necessary things.
  5. Review the information you’ve entered and click the confirm button.
  6. Find the reference number for the transfer by going back to the “Send Money” option and looking for it at the “Transaction Status” of your “For Cash Pick Up” fund transfer.
  7. Provide the reference number to the recipient of your funds transfer.
